1. Website use

3. Enquiries and professional services
Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not by itself create a client relationship, appoint PPS Consultants, reserve capacity or require either side to proceed with a project. Professional services begin only after the parties confirm the relevant scope, deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, fees, schedule and other terms in writing. A project-specific proposal or signed agreement takes precedence over these website terms where they conflict on that project.
4. Project information and responsibilities
Any project-specific work depends on the agreed scope and the information available for that assignment. Required site data, design criteria, applicable standards, review responsibilities, construction coordination and approval requirements must be discussed for each project. Do not treat website information or an automated form acknowledgement as technical approval or permission to proceed with construction.
